END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR IIS Mod-Rewrite Pro v4.0
for IIS 6.0 and 7.0
IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY

This IIS Mod-Rewrite Pro v4.0 End-User
License Agreement is a legal AGREEMENT between you
(either as an individual user or as a user on behalf
of an entity) and Micronovae Ltd. By installing, copying,
or otherwise using any of the software, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree
to the terms of this Agreement, then DO NOT install
the software.
COPYRIGHT LAWS

This software is protected by copyright laws
and international copyright treaties, as well as other
intellectual property laws and treaties. Unauthorized
reproduction or distribution of this software, or any
portion of it, may result in severe civil and criminal
penalties.
DEFINITIONS

a. "Software" refers to IIS Mod-Rewrite software product
developed by Micronovae Ltd, along with the
corresponding documentation, associated media,
help files, online or electronic documentation,
images, and all updates or upgrades of the above.

b. "License" refers to the right granted by Micronovae Ltd
to a person, business entity, or other legal entity to
use the Software without time or usage limitations.

c. "Licensee" refers to any person or business entity
that legaly owns a License.
TERMS OF AGREEMENT
1. Micronovae Ltd reserves all rights not expressely
granted to Licensee.

2. Micronovae Ltd owns all copyrights of the Software.

3. You may freely copy and distribute the software
only in its installation form (as downloaded
or shipped), without any modifications in the code,
documentation, or copyright notes.

4. The Software includes internet licensing activation
mechanism to prevent unauthorized use of the Software.
Licensee agrees to not attempt to disable, bypass, or
violate the internet licensing activation mechanism.
The software activation mechanism is hardware based and
Licensee must deactivate the software prior to any
hardware modifications on the computer on which the
Software is installed and activated. Also, Licensee
can move a license from one server to another by
deactivating the Software on the first server and
activating it on the second.

5. In order to activate the software, Licesee must own a
valid license key that is used with the activation
mechanism of the Software. A license key is issued only
by Micronovae Ltd and can be obtained by either
purchasing it from Micronovae Ltd or its resellers, or
by any other means defined by Micronovae Ltd. A single
license key may be issued and used either for single
license (one per-server installation), or volume license
(multiple per-server installations). Any installation
of the software that is not activated is subject to
time or usage limitations.

6. You may not sell, rent, lease, or generally grant your
license and the right of using the software to another
user or company.

7. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble
the software, neither you can embed, integrate or
otherwise include any part of the software into any
other computer software, without the prior explicit
written permission of Micronovae Ltd.

8. You shall not (and shall not permit other persons
or entities to) remove or obscure the copyright,
or other proprietary notices or legends of
Micronovae Ltd or its licensors from any of the
components contained in this software.

9. Micronovae Ltd will provide technical support to
Licensee for one year from the date of purchase and
only for issues related to installation, software
failures, and generally for Software intrinsic issues
that affect the smooth operation of it. Micronovae Ltd
will in no case provide any kind of support related to
tuition, training, script creation or correction, and
in such case, the user should refer to the Software
documentation. Finally, Micronovae Ltd will provide any
other type of technical support at its discretion.

10.Micronovae Ltd. may terminate this EULA, if Licensee
fails to comply with the terms and conditions of this
EULA. In such event, Licensee must deactivate and
remove any installed instances of the Software, and
destroy all copies of it.

11.Micronovae Ltd will refund a puchased License or part
of it only in case of proven failure of installation
or activation, and only if Micronovae Ltd has failed
to fix any such problem within one week from
reporting the failure, given that the Licensee has
timely provided Micronovae Ltd with all the information
asked for resolving the problem. Also, Micronovae Ltd
will not refund any purchased License after one month
of the date of puchase. IIS Mod-Rewrite is a "try before
you buy" software, with all features enabled before
activation, and for this reason Micronovae Ltd
will not accept any other justification for refund.
12.Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND
PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS ASSUMED
BY YOU. MICRONOVAE LTD AND ITS AUTHORIZED
DISTRIBUTORS ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY
OR APPLICATION OF OR ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE
SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MICRONOVAE LTD
OR ITS AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF MICRONOVAE LTD OR
ITS AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
LIKELIHOOD OF SUCH DAMAGES OCCURRING. MICRONOVAE LTD
AND ITS AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE
LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGES OR COSTS, ARISING OUT OF,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, LOSS OF
USE OF THE SOFTWARE, LOSS OF DATA OR
EQUIPMENT, THE COSTS OF RECOVERING THE SOFTWARE,
DATA OR EQUIPMENT, THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE
SOFTWARE, DATA OR EQUIPMENT OR CLAIMS BY THIRD
PARTIES, OR OTHER SIMILAR COSTS.
